*Working Principle

The motor drives worm gear pair, changes rotary motion of the motor into reciprocating movement of the slide rod through the eccentric mechanism, the slide rod drives the mechanical diaphragm to perform periodical deformation, thus realizing fluid suction and discharge.

*Features

Features: A two-cylinder mechanical diaphragm metering pump is applicable to fluid transfer in an extra-large flow with more smooth and stable change in flow rate with little pulsation through inlet and outlet manifold. Besides, inlet pipes and outlet pipes can be used to transport different fluids under separate flow adjustment, which renders more flexibility.
Power End:
An adjustable eccentric mechanism guarantees smooth and stable change in flow rate with little pulsation.
Option: Manual, electric and variable frequency (variable frequency motor power starting from 0.55kW) stroke adjustment.
Adjustment range: 0-100%, and flow rate can be adjusted in both static and dynamic state.
Bath lubrication ensures a long service life of drive parts.
Hydraulic End:
Multiple materials and structures can be selected for a pump head (single or double diaphragm pump head structure).
A PTFE diaphragm driven mechanically without a protection plate at the feeding side allows smooth material transfer and safe operation.
Check valves are in a self-cleaning structure.
Maintenance period: 1.0 Mpa, 4000 h; 0.7 Mpa, 8000 h.
